摘要
鞍钢新轧钢股份有限公司将原 12 0 0 m m和 170 0 mm单机架可逆轧机拆除 ,以新建的 5机架冷连轧机与现有的盐酸酸洗机组联合 ,形成鞍钢 2号酸洗 -冷轧联合机组 ,其生产能力为 10 0万 t。该机组是我国首次自己设计和制造的大型冷轧设备 ,意义深远。本文从设备选型、工艺、电气及控制系统等方面对该机组的设计进行了分析。
AISC No.2 pickling cold rolling combined train is composed of new buil tfive stands cold tandem rolling mill and existing 1200mm and 1700mm single stand reversing mill are removed in AISC New Steel Rolling Co.,Ltd,with productivity of one million tons.This is the first large scale cold rollng equipment designed and manufctured by ourselvs at home,which is of momentous significance.This paper was analyzed in many aspects such as type selection of equipments,technologies and electric and control systems.
