摘要
对随机抽取的 5 0 4炉 2 0 Mn Si的成分及性能进行统计 ,利用数学回归的方法 ,对莱钢中小规格 2 0 Mn Si螺纹钢筋的成分进行了优化 ,得出了〔C〕、〔Si〕、〔Mn〕、〔S〕、〔P〕与 σs、σb、δ5 的关系 。
Through randomly sampling of 504 heats to do statistic to chemical composition and property of 20MnSi steel and using mathematic regression method to do optinization to the chemical composition of 20MnSi ribbed bar of medium small size,the result expresses that controlled limite of optinization composition can be determined by relationship of 〔C〕、〔Si〕、〔Mn〕、〔S〕、〔P〕 with σ s 、σ b 、δ 5.
