摘要
传统连铸机实现高拉速、高质量、高作业率需要实施高效化改造。就宣钢二台矩形坯连铸机实施高效化改造存在的困难进行了论证,介绍了高效化改造应达到的目标,提出了实施高效化的基本思路和技术保证及高效化改造的具体内容,最后计算了与高效化改造有关的技术参数,并把改造前后的生产指标进行了对比分析和经济效益分析。实践证明,高效化改造能给钢厂带来巨大的经济效益,传统连铸机实施高效化改造是钢厂今后节能降耗,结构优化的主要途径之一。
It must be revamped if conventionaI continuous caster can achieve high casting speeds,excellent product quality and high production rate of all grades of steel. The problems about the high efficiency cc-revamping of two sets of rectangle bIoom continuous casters of Xuan Hua I/S Co. are analgzed. in addition,introduced targets achieved in the high efficiency cc - revamping,and made the basis thoughts and technical ensures and revamping contents to realize the high efficiency cc. technical parameters reference to high efficiency cc-revamping are calculated,production target around this revamping both before and after are also contrasted and analyzed,and economic benefits are also analyzed. It is proved that high efficiency cc -revamping to conventional continuous caster enable to bring out great economic benefit to steelworks and will be one of the main way of energy conservation,consumption of material rcduction and structure optimization
