摘要
目的研究石竹科蚤缀属植物团状雪灵芝的化学成分。方法采用多种色谱法分离纯化单体化合物并鉴定其结构。结果分离并鉴定出的5个化合物分别为22,23-二氢波甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ)、β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅲ)、22,23-二氢波甾醇(Ⅳ)和22,23-二氢波甾酮(Ⅴ)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到;化合物Ⅰ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from the whole plant of Arenaria polytrichoides.METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephdex LH-20 column chromatographies,and their structures were identified by spectral analysis.RESULTS Five compounds were isolated and identified as 22,23-dihydrospinasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅰ),β-Sitosterol(Ⅱ),β-Daucosterol(Ⅲ),22,23-dihydrospinasterol(Ⅳ)and 22,23-dihydrospinasterone(Ⅴ).CONCLUSION All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.Furthermore,compound Ⅰ was isolated from this genus for the first time.
