摘要
利用X射线衍射及透射电镜对单辊旋淬法制备的具有良好韧性的Al Ni Y合金条带进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,合金成分不同 ,其组织结构也不同。当快凝Al91Ni7Y2 合金时 ,可形成由部分非晶和部分晶体组成的复合材料 ,此材料结构为 :纳米级Al晶体均匀弥散分布在非晶基体上。
Al Ni Y alloy ribbon produced by melt spinning has a good bending ductility. In this paper, the ribbon is investigated by X ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The results obtained show that its structure varies with its compoistion. Rapid solidifaction of Al 91 Ni 7Y 2 alloy can result in formation of a composite consisting of part of amorphous crystals and part of crystals. In the composite structure, Al Nanocrystals are distributed uniformly in amorphous matrix.
