摘要
胰腺癌是我国常见肿瘤之一,5年生存率不到5%。由于胰腺癌早期缺乏典型临床表现,待明确诊断时90%患者已出现局部浸润及远处转移而无法行根治性切除。随着超声内镜(EUS)的出现,EUS在胰腺癌的诊断和治疗方面起着重要的作用。本文仅就EUS对胰腺癌的诊断和治疗进展作一综述。
Pancreatic cancer remains one of the most commonly diagnosed cancers in China, and the 5 -year survival rate is less than 5%. The extremely low survival rate and poor prognosis stem from the lack of clinical manifestations in the disease＇s early stages.
