摘要
文章分析了宣钢高炉生产和长寿现状及存在问题后提出了提高宣钢高炉寿命途径：改进炉缸炉底结构和材质，改善原料结构，加强技术操作，制定合理珍却制度，适则扩炉等。
The present state and existed problems in production and service life of blast furnace in Xuanhua Iron and Steel Company are analyzed, the ways to prolong the life proposed:improvimg the structure and material of furnace body and fumace bottom, improving composition of raw material,strengthening the technical operation, making a reasonable cooling system and tending furnace in time and etc.
