人乳腺癌细胞Rab25基因与雌激素受体、孕激素受体的关系 被引量:2

摘要 Rah25蛋白是Rab蛋白亚家族Rabll中的一员,目前国外已有文献报道Rab25与乳腺癌发生及发展关系密切[1-2],但未报道Rab25对乳腺癌细胞的影响以及对雌激素受体(ER)及孕激素受体(PR)表达的影响。本研究旨在观察Rab25蛋白对乳腺癌的影响。
