摘要
介绍了提高MB15镁合金挤压型材力学性能的途径。通过调整化学成分,改善金相组织,优化热处理制度,解决了MB15镁合金一次挤压小型材抗拉强度低于国家标准的问题,满足了航空航天工业的需要。
The way to increase the mechanics property of MB15 alloy profile is introdued. Through adjusting chemistry composition, improving metallography constructure, optimizing heat treatment institution, the problem that mechanical properties of MB15 alloy extruded one time are below the contry standard are solved. It satisfied the needs of aerospace industry.
