摘要
STT(SurfaceTensionTransfer)根焊采用先进的逆变电源精确控制熔滴过渡,相比传统的手工电弧焊具有焊接飞溅小、焊接效率高、焊缝成形美观等特点。论文介绍了STT焊接工艺原理及特点,对STT根焊工艺在结构钢管卷制中的应用进行了详细介绍。提出了在钢管纵缝与环缝焊接时,STT根焊采用立向下行进方式,可使焊接效率及质量最优,并给出了具体工艺流程及参数。对STT根焊实际应用中出现的气孔、未熔合、未焊透这三种常见焊接缺陷进行了分析总结,并对STT根焊工艺的车间应用情况进行了介绍。
Advanced inverter power in STT process is adopted to control the transfer of droplet. Comparing to traditional SMAW process, STT rooting process has characteristics of fewer fumes, less spatters, higher productivity, finer bead shape, etc. Firstly, the principle and characteristic of STT process is introduced. Application of STT rooting process to the fabrication of structural steel pipe is also introduced in detail. For STT rooting process, it is shown that when downhill technique is used in welding the pipe with horizontal and circumferential seam, high welding productivity and quality can be achieved. Work flow of steel pipe fabrication and welding parameters of STT rooting process are given in this article. Finally, three kinds of welding flaws commonly occurred in STT rooting are summarized and analyzed, and the aspect of application of STT rooting process in OOEC (Offshore Oil l^ngineering Co., Ltd.) steel pipe prefabrication shop is introduced.
