摘要
在海洋油气田开发建设中,海底管道是重要的油气输送通道。传统的单层管道和双层保温管道必须使用专用铺管船队进行铺管,海上建设周期长,其建设投资在油气田开发建设总投资中占的比例相当大,这往往成为制约边际油气田开发的关键因素。而集束管道,因其具有将多根管道集束在一起、可以陆地整体预制、不需要专用铺管船队进行铺管等优点,在国外边际油气田开发建设中得到了大量的成功应用。论文通过对传统海底管道和集束管道的技术和经济对比分析,论证集束管道在国内边际油气田开发中的应用前景。
In offshore oilfield development subsea pipeline is an essential facility transferring oil and/or gas. Whether for traditional single pipe or for pipe-in-pipe, long period of time is taken and huge sums are invested due to special installation requirement. Because of this reason, subsea pipeline is almost the key factor in the appraisal of a marginal offshore oilfield project. Bundle pipeline is a new developed technical selection which has been successfully adopted and excised in a lot of over-sea marginal offshore oilfield development. Advantages of this technique are pre-fabrication of multiple pipes in one bundle on shore and no requirement of laying barge. This article tries to prospect the application of bundle pipe in domestic marginal offshore oilfield development by a comparison of the technical and economic aspects between bundle pipeline and traditional one.
