摘要
采用三维弹塑性大变形热力耦合有限元法,模拟薄板坯连铸液芯铸轧过程中的坯壳变形,分析影响铸坯纵向伸长的主要因素,提出动态反向堆钢理论。
Rolling characteristics of continuously cast slabs with liquid core are studied with the aid of elasto-plastic and thermo-mechanically coupled FEM. The effects of shell thickness and related height reduction on the longitudinal tensile strain of the slabs are analyzed. The theory of dynamic pushing into the liquid core is put forward, and sensible explanations of cast-rolling with liquid core in the ISP thin slab casting process and the simulation results of FEM are made.
