摘要
确定了 1145电缆箔生产中 Fe、 Si杂质含量和中间退火工艺对电缆箔力学性能的影响。生产证明: Fe在 0.30%~0.36%、Si在0.11%~0.17%,电缆箔综合性能指标好;中间退火工艺能改变电缆箔强度指标,提高其延伸率,减小各向异性,有利于铝箔的复合。指出适当的 Fi/Si比、适宜的退人工艺是改善1145电缆箔力学性能的一条途径。
The influence of Fe, Si content and middle annealing process upon cable foil mechanical properties were studied. The production proves that cable foil has fine comprehensive performance targets when Fe is in 0.30% -0.36% and Si in 0.1 1% -0.17%. The middle annealing process can change the strength of cable foil, improve its elon gation, reduce its anisotropy, and it's advantageous to the compound of aluminium foil. It points out that the proper Fe/Si ratio and middle annealing process is a way of improving the mechanical performances of 1145 cable foil.
