摘要
目的:探讨手法复位小夹板外固定结合悬吊牵引治疗小儿股骨干骨折中应注意的问题。方法:对我院收治的59例小儿股骨干骨折患者,采用手法复位小夹板外固定结合悬吊牵引治疗,并观察分析其中的问题。结论:手法复位小夹板外固定结合悬吊牵引治疗小儿股骨干骨折的实际操作过程中,仍时常出现一些问题。
Objective： To investigate the potential problems of treating children＇ fracture of femur shaft with manipulative reduction, splintlet external fixation and uspension traction integrated therapy. Methods： 59 children of fracture of femur shaft were treated with manipulative reduction, splintlet external fixation and uspension traction integrated therapy. And then the problems were observed and discussed. Conclusion： There were still some problems in the operation of integrated therapy with manipulative reduction, splintlet external fixation and uspension traction.
