摘要
在痛风急性发作期的过程中,湿热痰瘀是发病的关键;肝脾功能失调,内生水湿、痰浊、瘀血,日久转化成湿热。湿热痰瘀痹阻关节、肌肉及筋骨是痛风发生的重要病机环节,从肝脾论治痛风急性发作期有着至关重要的意义。
In acute gout process, humid heat and stagnation of phlegm are key points in pathogenesis. The function of liver and spleen became disordered; the internal part produced moist, phlegm and blood stasis, which turned into humid heat. Humid heat, blockage of phlegm and blood stasis in joints, muscle and bones were the important process of pathogenesis in gout. Treatment from liver and spleen is of crucial significance for acute gout.
