A New-type Precision Forging Die for Cylindrical Gears

摘要 提出了圆柱齿轮新型精锻模和挤压模结构 ,论述了齿轮精锻模齿形设计和加工方法。用新型精锻模在摩擦压力机上一次锻击 ,使圆柱齿轮完全成型 ,锻件无飞边。齿轮锻件经过退火和表面清理 ,用新型挤压模在液压机上挤压精整 。 The structure of the new-type precision forging die and extrusion die for cylindrical gears was pointed out. And the design of the tool profile of the precision forging die for the gears and the processing method were stated. The cylindrical gear can be completely formed after one-time hammering with the new-type precision forging die on the friction press, without any burrs. After annealing and surface cleaning, the forged gear will be extruded with the new-type extrusion mould on the hydraulic machine for precision adjustment. Bobillier construction approach and its characteristics was introduced in detail. Two approximate straight line linkages were synthesized using this approach.
