摘要
目的:观察芒针配合膀胱功能训练治疗脊髓损伤后小便障碍的临床疗效。方法:将近2年来我科(针灸康复科)50例脊髓损伤导致小便障碍的患者随机分为治疗组25例,对照组25例,治疗组用芒针配合膀胱功能训练治疗,对照组单独采用膀胱功能训练,两组治疗前后用疗效评定量表判定疗效。结果:芒针配合膀胱功能训练治疗脊髓损伤后小便障碍较对照组具有很好的临床疗效(P<0.05),值得临床推广使用。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of awn needle treatment combined with bladder functional training in treating urination disorder from spinal injury. Methods： 50 patients of urination disorder from spinal injury collected in recent 2 years were randomly divided into two groups, 25 patients in each group. The control group was given only bladder functional training, while the treated group was given awn needle treatment more. The efficacy rating scales were used to compare the efficacies before and after treatment. Results： Awn needle treatment combined with bladder functional training was significantly effective in treating urination disorder from spinal injury compared with the control group （P〈0.05）, worth a wide clinical application.
