摘要
在拉伸模设计时增设第2种压边装置———利用拉伸凸模提供进给力 ,引入辅助压边圈和弹性补偿装置 ,既解决了大径处压边力空白区问题 。
A second blank-holding device was added in the design of the drawing die in this article. By using the drawing punch to supply the feeding force and introducing an aided blank holder and an elastic compensating device, the blank area problem of the blank-holding force at the place of a big diameter was solved. And in the meantime, it solved the problem that when driving the blank-holder, since the height variations of the step-shaped semi-finished part and the shaped bottom are not synchronous, the relative blank-holding positions are not synchronous.
