摘要
核心企业对原材料供应商进行科学、合理的选择是使整条供应链达到竞争优势的必要条件。在实地调查和综合分析的基础上建立了原材料供应商的综合评价指标体系,运用聚类分析和灰色关联分析相结合的方法建立原材料供应商选择评价模型,并运用这一模型对原材料供应商进行系统的选择评价。具体方法为:首先核心企业运用聚类分析方法把众多原材料供应商分为不同的类别,然后通过类间评价确定最佳供应商所在的组合,最后运用灰色关联分析法从最佳供应商所在的那一类中择优选择出最佳供应商。
For the core enterprise of a supply chain, the scientific and reasonable selection of raw material suppliers is the necessary condition that enables the whole supply chain to achieve competitive advantage. In this paper, on the basis of field survey and integrated analysis, we estab-lished the comprehensive index system for the evaluation of the raw material suppliers, combined the methods of cluster analysis and grey correlation analysis to formulate the evaluation model of the suppliers, and then applied the model in the systematic selection and evaluation of the suppliers. The specific procedure was： first the core enterprise used cluster analysis to divide the various raw material suppliers into different categories, then through inter-category evaluation, determined the combination which contained the optimal supplier, and finally used grey correlation analysis to select the most superior one from the category of optimal suppliers.
