摘要
我国对标杆管理的实践应用和理论研究时间较短。针对国内企业伙伴在实施标杆管理中存在的问题,以唐山港集团实施标杆管理为例,选取日照港为标杆伙伴,提出了企业绩效标杆管理框架和具体的实施步骤,为国内企业开展标杆管理活动,提高企业绩效管理水平提供了参考。
In China, the practical application and theoretical study on benchmark management is still a recent affair. In this paper, in view of the problems in the practice of benchmark management by the Chinese enterprises, we presented the basic procedure for the implementation of the benchmark management and then in the case of Tangshan Port Group, selected the Rizhao Port as the benchmark enterprise, proposed the frame- work and specific steps of implementation of the enterprise performance benchmark management system, thus providing reference for the imple- mentation of benchmark management and the improvement of performance management level of Chinese enterprises.
