摘要
目的研究、分析原发性胆囊恶性肿瘤的B超诊断价值。方法选取我院自2011年1月至2012年1月收治的B超诊断胆囊瘤患者64例,研究分析均经过手术、病理证实。结果经过B超诊断,患者中有胆囊恶性肿瘤56例,正确率为87.5%,误诊8例,误诊率为12.5%。结论 B超检查对原发性胆囊恶性肿瘤患者有重要的诊断价值。
Objective To study and analysis of the value of B ultrasound diagnosis of primary gallbladder malignancy. Methods B ultrasonic diagnosis from January 2011 to January 2012 were treated the gallbladder tumor 64 patients, research and analysis have to undergo surgery and pathology. Results After the diagnosis of B-patients, 56 cases of malignant neoplasms in the biliary tree, the correct rate of 87.5%, 8 cases of misdiagnosis, misdiagnosis rate was 12.5%. Conclusion B ultrasonic examination of important diagnostic value in patients with primary gallbladder malignancy.
