摘要
介绍一种由 PC机组成的管式电阻炉温度控制系统 ,叙述了系统的结构、功能及硬件、软件的设计。系统采用 CRT显示 ,汉化界面 ,控制参数直接显示 ,能在线调整 ,可观察温度变化趋势及其历史曲线 ,系统程序模块化 ,全部采用 C语言完成 ,结构简单 ,易实现。
This paper introduces a temperature control system on pipy resistance furnace which is composed of PC computer, and describes the structure and function of the system function, the design of hardware and software. CRT display is adopted and interface is devised in Chinese in the system. The control parameters can be displayed directly and adjusted on line. The change tendency curve of temperature and its passed curve can be showed. All modularized program of the system is devised with C\|language, which is simply in structure and easy in realization.
