摘要
本文报道MOVPE生长不掺杂GaAs薄层对线偏振光和自然光的透射特性,详细介绍注入电流对光透射特性的影响。
The optical transparent characters of the thin undoped GaAs layer grown by MOVPE at the linearly polarized light and the nature light are reported. The injected current dependence of the optical transparent characters in undoped GaAs layer are presented in detail.
