摘要
采用水蒸汽蒸馏收集桉叶精油,经气相色谱/质谱/计算机联用检测和气相色谱保留指数法,分析鉴定出含量较多的17种化合物,其主要成份为1,8—桉树脑,α—蒎烯,香芹酮等。
The essential oil of the leaves of Eucalyptus from Yunnan Province was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by CC/MS techniques. The volatile components were identified by mass spectral and temperature-programmed retention index data on dual glass capillary columns (OV-101 and PEG-20M). 17 compounds have been identified from the essential oil. The main constituent is 1, 8-Cineole, which occupies 89.64% in peak area. Other major components are: α-Pinene, Camphor, and Carvone.
