摘要
目的通过彩超监测热疗联合药物治疗慢性盆腔炎,观察其疗效。方法选择2010年1月～2012年10我院就诊的慢性盆腔炎患者100例,分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例,治疗组给予热疗联合药物治疗,对照组给予常规药物治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果以及症状积分。结果治疗组总有效率86.0%,对照组总有效率64.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前症状积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者的症状积分均有明显改善,治疗组治疗后症状积分优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热疗联合药物治疗慢性盆腔炎,疗效优于常规药物治疗,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with hy- pertheimia combined with drug by color Doppler ultrasound monitoring. Methods 100 cases of chronic pelvic inflam- matory disease from January 2010 to October 2012 in our hospital were selected and divided into treatment group （50 cases） and control group （50 cases）; patients in treatment group were treated with hyperthermia combined with drug therapy, patients in control group were treated with conventional drug therapy; the treatment effects and symptom scores were compared. Results The total efficiency of the treatment group and the control group was 86% and 64% re- spectively, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The difference of symptom score between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）; After the treatment, the symptom scores in two groups of patients were significantly improved; the symptom scores in treatment group were found better than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hyperthermia combined with drug treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is more effective than conventional drug treatment, it is worthy of clinical application.
