摘要
设储存了某种产品的一批样品,每隔一段时间检查一次,看样品是否失效,所得到的数据就称为定期检测数据。我们的目的是根据这种数据对产品的寿命分布参数作置信限。本文给出了这种情况下的非随机置信限、随机置信限,并证明了所给置信限的优良性。本文给出的方法对所取得的数据没有任何要求。
Suppose that a samples of product is stored and examined regularly to see if some items of the samples fails.This type of data is called Data Acquired by Examine Samples Regularly (DAESR). Our task is to make a confidence limit of the parameter of the life distribution according to these data. In this paper we give a non-random confidence limit and a random confidence limit of the parameter and show their superiority.
