摘要
为保证装船机作业安全,针对某6000t/h装船机,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对装船机整机进行变形和应力状态分析。然后,采用动静态应变测试分析系统,对该装船机进行了现场应变测试。最后,将有限元计算结果与现场测试结果进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,有限元计算结果与现场测试结果较为吻合,同时说明该装船机的强度和刚度满足安全运行的要求,可为以后装船机的设计和现场测试提供参考依据。
In order to ensure operating safety of ship loader, the deformation and stress state of the ship loader are analyzed by finite element analysis software for the 6 000 t/h ship loader. Then the field strain is tested by the dynamic and static strain testing analysis system for the ship loader. Finally the analysis results are compared with the field test data From the simulation and experimental result, it can be known that the results of finite element calculation coincide with the field test data, what's more, the strength and stiffness of the ship loader still meet the safety operational requirements, and it is provided a reference basis for ship loader.
