摘要
[目的]了解镇江市城乡居民健康素养状况,为制定卫生政策和干预策略提供依据。[方法]2011年8月,在镇江市全市抽取3 000名15～69岁城乡居民进行调查。[结果]调查3 000人,具备健康素养的占22.01%,具备基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能的分别占29.07%、19.90%和61.53%;具备安全与急救素养的占42.40%,具备科学健康观素养的占40.33%,具备传染病预防素养的占31.50%,具备基本医疗素养的占18.30%,具备慢性病预防素养的占6.77%;居民健康素养知识正确认知度总体为68.67%。[结论]镇江市居民健康素养水平较高。
[Objective]To understand the situation of health literacy of residents in Zhenjiang city,so as to provide the basis for formulating health policy and intervention strategies. [Methods]In August,2011,3 000 urban and rural residents aged 15-69 years old were investigated in Zhenjiang city. EResults]Among the 3 000 residents,the proportion of urban and rural residents with health literacy in Zhenjiang City was 22.01%,and the proportions of them with basic knowledge and concepts, healthy lifestyle and behavior and basic skills were respectively 29.07 ~//0,19.90 % and 61.53 %. The proportions of people with literacy of safety and first aid 42.40 %,literacy of scientific view 40.33 % ,literacy of infectious disease pre- vention 31.50 % ,literacy of primary medicine 18.30% ,and literacy of chronic disease prevention 6.77 %. The overall cor- rect recognition rate of health literacy knowledge of residents was 68.67%.
