摘要
[目的]了解三甲医院临床女医生的生存质量。[方法]使用WHO生存质量评估简表(WHOQOL-BREF)对2011年福州市2家三等甲级医院180名临床女医生进行测查,并与同单位男医生111名和常模777名比较。[结果]测试180名临床女医生、111名临床男医生。生存质量得分,女医生为3.31±0.24分,男医生为3.48±0.42分(P<0.01);健康满意度得分,女医生为2.68±0.34分,男医生为3.32±0.26分(P<0.01)。男女医生的社会领域得分均高于普通人群,心理领域得分均低于普通人群(P<0.01或<0.05);男医生与女医生在生理领域、心理领域、社会领域、环境领域得分的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。量表综合评分,男医生为74.83±11.76分,女医生为73.56±13.24分(P>0.05)。女医生生存质量得分与满意度得分呈正相关(r=0.644),与消极情绪得分呈负相关(r=-0.379),与睡眠时间、月平均收入、职称呈正相关(r=0.327、0.436、0.563),与值班次数无相关性(P>0.05)。[结论]女医生的生存质量低于普通人群及男医师。女医生的健康满意度明显低于男医生。
[Objective]To understand female doctor＇s living quality in Level Three First-class hospitals. [-Methods]A ur- vey was conducted among 180 clinical female doctors of Level ThreeFirst-class hospitals in Fuzhou city by WHOQOL- BREF in 2011 compared with 111 male doctors and 777 other ordinary people. I-Results]Test was conducted among 180 clinical female doctors and 111 clinical male doctors. The score for the living quality of female doctors was 3.31 ± 0. 24, while male doctors 3.48± 0.42 （ P 〈0.01） ;the score for the health satisfaction of female doctors was 2.68± 0.34, while male doctors 3.32±0.26 （ P 〈0.01） ,the scores of male and female doctors were higher than normal population in social fields, while lower in psychological fields（ P 〈0.01 or 〈0.05）,, there were no statistically significant differences between male and female doctors scoring in physiological, psychological, environmental and social domains （ P 〉 0.05）, the total score for scale of male doctors was 74.83±11.76, female doctors 73.56 ± 13.24 （ P 〉0.05）, there was a positive correla- tion between the living quality and life satisfaction about clinical female doctors（ r = 0. 644）, while a negative correlation between the living quality and negative emotion（ r =- 0. 379）, the score for the living quality of female doctors had posi- tive relationships with sleeping time, monthly average income and professional qualifications（ r = 0. 327,0. 436,0. 563）, while no relationship with monthly number on duty（ P 〉0.05）. I-Conclusion]The life quality of the female doctors is obvi- ously lower than the general population and male doctors, The health satisfaction of female doctors is significantly lower than the male doctors.
