摘要
目的观察血塞通滴丸治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床效果。方法选择2008年10月～2011年10月本院收治的原发性肾病综合征患者120例,按入院时间随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组患者给予常规泼尼松口服治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予血塞通滴丸口服治疗,两组治疗2个月后,分别采用中医及西医标准评价两组治疗效果。结果西医疗效评价:观察组治疗总有效率(86.67%)明显高于对照组(60.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医疗效评价:观察组治疗总有效率(90.0%)显著高于对照组(63.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组总胆固醇(GHOL)、三酰甘油(TG)、肌酐(CRE)、尿素氮(BUN)、总蛋白(TP)、血清清蛋白(ALB)、24h尿蛋白(24hUPQ)均较治疗前改善,但观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血塞通滴丸治疗原发性肾病综合征有效率高,可有效降低尿蛋白,改善血脂水平,值得应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of xuesaitong dropping pills in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with primary nephrotic syndrome from October 2008 to October 2011 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given regular prednisone oral treatment, and patients in observation group were given xuesaitong dropping pills oral treatment on the basis of control group. After 2 months of treatment, Chinese and Western medicine standard evaluation were used to evaluate the treatment effect. Results Western medicine efficacy e- valuation： total efficiency rate of observation group （86.67%） was significantly higher than that of control group （60.0%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. TCM therapeutic evaluation： the total effective rate of observation group （90.0%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （63.3%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the total cholesterol （GHOL）, triglycerides （TG） , creatinine （CRE）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, total protein （TP）, serum albumin （ALB）, 24-hour urine protein （24hUPQ） of two groups all improved, but those of observation group improved more than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Xuesaitong dripping pills in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome is efficient, it can effectively reduce urinary protein, im- prove lipid levels, and it should be applied.
