摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜上消化道穿孔修补术的临床价值。方法本研究选取本院2010年1月～2011年1月收治的60例上消化道穿孔患者为观察对象,所有患者均通过随机分组法分为腹腔镜手术组和开腹手术组,并分别接受两种手术治疗,对比分析两组患者临床治疗效果和相关指标。结果腹腔镜手术组患者住院时间、体温异常情况、肛门排气恢复时间、术后镇痛效果和术中出血量等指标显著优于开腹手术组,两组患者临床治疗效果对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者住院费用和手术时间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜上消化道穿孔修补术具有住院时间短、术后恢复快、手术创伤小等优势,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic upper gastrointestinal perforation repair. Methods Sixty cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal perforation in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 were selected as research objects, all the patients were divided into laparoscopic surgery group and laparotomy group, and treated with two kinds of surgery treatment, clinical effect and related indicators of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The hospitalization time, temperature anomalies, flatus recovery time, postoperative analgesia and blood loss of laparoscopic surgery group were significantly better than laparotomy group, the clinical outcomes of the two groups compared, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; the cost of hospitalization and surgery time of two groups compared, the difference was not statsticaly significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The results of this study shows that the laparoscopic upper gastrointestinal perforation repair has significant advantage such as shorter hospital stay, quick recovery, minimal invasion, so value of clinical application is high.
