经皮肾去交感化治疗导管的研发进展 被引量：1

摘要 2009年Krum H等开展经皮肾去交感化导管治疗顽固性高血压,并取得了令人鼓舞的进展。肾去交感化已成为非药物临床治疗顽固性高血压极具前景的治疗手段。与此同时,大量的肾去交感化治疗导管器械也在同步研发之中。本文将就目前已经进入临床或临床前期试验的经皮肾去交感治疗导管的研发情况作一综述。 Krum H etc. have used percutaneous renal sympathectomy with catheter treatment to treat resistant hypertension and have made impressing progress since 2009. Renal sympathectomy has been a promising non-drug clinical approach to treat resistant hypertension. At the same time, large amount of catheter instruments are in research or development for renal sympathectomy. This paper is going to review about the research situation of catheter treatment to percutaneous renal sympathectomy which have entered clinical practice or under preclinical trials.
