摘要
测绘行业的各种测绘成果采用不同坐标系不利于相关部门规划成果的编制和审批。以湛江市为例,在北京1954坐标系下,采用四参数法,探讨了规划与国土坐标系转换的方法,以期对规划和国土部门间坐标系转换提供参考。
Surveying and mapping industry results using different coordinate systems are not conducive to the compile and approval of planning results for related departments.With a view to provide reference to the coordinate transformation between planning and land departments,this article took Zhanjiang as an example to explore the coordinate transformation between planning and land systems using the four-coefficient method under the BJ1954 coordinate.
