摘要
从建筑施工管理和质量控制入手,针对建设工程项目管理进行了探讨,介绍了建筑施工管理工作重点,并对施工者业务素质、建筑材料质量、工程管理水平等五方面质量评价标准作了具体阐述,以供建筑工作者参考。
From the construction management and quality control,this paper discussed the construction project management,introduced the work key points of construction management,and elaborated in detailed the quality evaluation standards of constructors service quality,construction material quality,project management level and other five aspects,provided reference for constructors.
