摘要
本文研究了石油化工污水J、N及厂区自来水S对小鼠子一代(F_1)和子二代(F_2)体细胞和性细胞的遗传毒性。结果表明,亲本自由饮用四周后,F_1及F_2骨髓细胞微核频率与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),表明石化污水及该厂区自来水对F_1及F_2体细胞有明显的遗传毒性。J、N及S干扰了性周期。使F_1在正常饲养条件下性成熟期明显推迟。经过2~4个月的正常饲养F_2性周期有所恢复可见到大量精子。精子畸形串明显高于正常组。结果提示,石化污水对F_1、F_2性细胞的遗传毒性也属显著。
The results of this paper have indicated that contaminative water of J, N and tap water S raise the mice for four weeks. The frequency of the micronuelei in nucleated bone marrow cells of the F1and F2 was signficant statistically (P<0.05) than the control.This paper finds that contaminative water interferes in the sex-cycle of mice. It delays the sex maturation of the F1 mice. After F2 mice had raising for 2-4 month. They had lots of sperms, bud it occurs many terato sperms. The number of terato sperms more than the control.
