摘要
目的研制一种用于夏秋季野外使用的炊事挂车防蚊蝇的围篷。方法以炊事挂车展开后的骨架结构为依托,采用现场测试和对比分析的方法,对军用帆布、纱网、支架等材料进行筛选定型,设计制作了XCC2002-150型围篷。结果该围篷经实际应用,可在短时间内实现展开、撤收,操作简单,展开后美观、且操作空间大,通透性和防蚊蝇效果好。撤收后体积小、重量轻,便于携带。结论 XCC2002-150型可广泛用于夏秋季野外使用炊事挂车时,防止食品受到苍蝇等害虫的污染,确保食品卫生安全,同时可以避免炊事人员受到蚊虫的叮咬和袭扰,具有可重复使用的优点。
Objective To design a type of mosquitoe and fly proof round canopy for cooking trailer for field work in both summer and autumn.Methods The stretching frame of the cooking trailer was employed as the basal skeleton structure,and by adopting field test and comparative analysis,different types of military canvas,gauzes and stents were respectively evaluated and selected to finalize the design of the round canopy.Results In practice,the round canopy was able to spread out and rolled up in a short time.When it was unfolded,the round canopy had an elegant operation space,good air-permeability and excellent effects of mosquito prevention.It had the advantages of small volume,light weight and portability when it was rolled up.Conclusion XCC2002-150 cooking trailer is used widely in summer and autumn,the round canopy can ensure food safety by preventing food pollution caused by harmful insects such as mosquitoes and flies,and the cooking staff can avoid mosquito bites and assaults at the same time XCC2002-150 cooking tailer has the advantage of being repeated used.
