摘要
目的了解氟铃脲混配杀虫剂在现场灭蝇的效果和持效期,为蝇类的现场防治提供依据。方法选择小型蝇孳生地,分别用1%氟铃脲、4%高效氯氰菊酯、5%混配杀虫剂(含1%氟铃脲和4%高效氯氰菊酯)按50 mg ai/m2使用剂量施药,施药前后用笼诱法测定蝇密度,以密度下降率、相关密度指数和相对密度下降率作效果评价。结果施药后4 d相对密度下降率1%氟铃脲最低,为75.2%,4%高效氯氰菊酯和5%混配杀虫剂分别高达92.1%、92.9%;施药后13 d,5%混配杀虫剂相对密度下降率最高(94.6%);4%高效氯氰菊酯和1%氟铃脲分别为86.0%、89.2%;施药后30 d,1%氟铃脲降至78.5%,5%混配杀虫剂(87.8%)大于4%高效氯氰菊酯(80.4%)。结论 1%氟铃脲和4%高效氯氰菊酯混配杀虫剂现场灭蝇效果好,持效期达30 d。
Objective To observe the efficacy of 1% hexaflumuron combined with 4% beta-cypermethrin against flies in field and provide scientific data for controlling flies.Methods The experimental site（including treatment and control area） were selected,then insecticides（50 mg ai/m2） were sprayed respectively on the experiment spot.The density assessment was carried out periodically with cage trap method in the treatment and control area before and after treatment,and drug efficacy was assessed using the decrease rate of fly density,relative population index and the relative decrease rate of fly density.Results After treatment for 4 d,the relative decrease rate of fly density for 1% hexaflumuron was the lowest（75.2%）,4% beta-cypermethrin and 1% hexaflumuron combined with 4% beta-cypermethrin were 92.1% and 92.9%.After treatment for 13 d,the relative decrease rate of 1% hexaflumuron combined with 4% beta-cypermethrin was the highest（94.6%）,4% beta-cypermethrin and 1% hexaflumuron were 86.0% and 89.2%.After treatment for 30 d,the relative decrease rate of 1% hexaflumuron decreased to 78.5%,1% hexaflumuron combined with 4% beta-cypermethrin（87.8%） was higher than 4% beta-cypermethrin（80.4%）.Conclusion 1% hexaflumuron combined with 4% beta-cypermethrin has good controlling effect on flies in field,and effect duration is for 30 d.
