祛腐止痛膏联用红花酒精在老年压疮患者治疗中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 压疮多发生于长期卧床体质虚弱的老年患者，若有低蛋白血症、大小便失禁、骨折、营养不良、缺乏维生素等更易发生。如续发感染可使病情加重，影响康复，增加患者痛苦，甚至发生败血症而导致死亡。为此，我院自2009年起成立了压疮管理小组，对20例带入压疮患者使用本院特制的中药制剂祛腐止痛膏配合红花酒精、六一散治疗，并与普通换药法进行比较，效果满意，现报告如下。
