摘要
:“入世”对于我国保险业的发展既是挑战 ,又是机遇。为了更好地利用机遇 ,迎接挑战 ,我国应重新定位保险市场的开放策略 ,确立以完善保险市场结构体系为目的 ,有限制、有选择、有步骤的开放模式。实现保险业既“请进来” ,又“走出去”地双向发展。最后 ,本文还就如何更好实现保险市场开放目标问题 。
To enter the WTO,it’s a challenge as well as an opportunity for the development of China’s insurance industry. In order to capitalize on the opportunity and deal with the challenge more effectively, we should readjust our strategy on the open of domestic insurance market and adopt the pattern of centrollable opening which aims at perfecting the market system and has its own steps and choices, and thus, form the two-way opening in which foreign company can“come in” and national company can“go out”. Finally, the authors present substantial policy suggestions on the better realization of the opening-up goal.
