摘要
基于信息技术的企业流程再造和企业资源计划是涉及多个学科的快速发展的新兴研究与应用领域。企业流程再造的本质特征是以作业为中心，摆脱传统组织分工理论的束缚，提倡顾客导向、组织变通、员工授权及正确运用信息技术，以达到适应快速变动的环境。因此，信息技术与企业流程再造之间存在一种强烈的互动关系，信息技术只能在革新管理流程的基础上发挥管理效能。企业流程再造是企业资源计划发生效能的必要条件，但不是充分条件。
The essential characteristic of the reshaping of enterprises technological process is adapting to rapidly changing environment by centering on operations, breaking away from the trammels of traditional theory of organization and division of labor, advocating customer ouientation, organizational flexibility.authorizing by staff, and correct utilization of information technology. Therefore, there exists a strong correlation between information technology and the reshaping of enterprises technological process. Information technology can play the role of management only on the basis of innovatal management process. The reshaping of enterprises' technological process is the necessary but not the adequate condition for enterprises' resource plans to work.
