摘要
论文介绍了自行研制的用于饮料包装行业中的新一代全自动塑盖高速激光打标生产线,主要包括理盖机、激光打标机和提升机,具有塑盖理盖、有序送料、激光打标和自动计数装箱四大功能。该生产线实现了塑盖完全自动化理盖上料,且理盖错误率小于0.01%;塑盖打标生产率不低于800个/分钟,打标误差率小于0.025%。
A new self-made automatically high-speed label printer line for plastic cap of beverage package was introduced in this paper.The line mainly had the function of sorting cap,arrayed feeder,laser label printing and automatic closure counting owing to including elevated sorter,laser label printer and hoisting machine.The automatically sorting,feeding and label printing of cap were achieved,and the error ratio of sorting was less than 0.01 percent,the productivity ratio of label printing was more than 800cpm,the error ratio was less than 0.025 percent.
