摘要
文章介绍了轿车门锁自动装配系统的结构和原理，设计了适用于双锁片／单锁片装配，以日本 ＯＭＲＯＮ ／公司生产的ＣＱＭ１型可编程控制器（ＰＬＣ）为核心的轿车门锁自动装配系统。包括硬件配置和软件设计。
The paper introduces the structure and the principle of the automatic assembly system for car's latch pieces based on Omron's programmable logic controller and it's designing method. The device can be used to assembly single or double latch piece. Also the software algorithm and the hardware configuration are provided.
