摘要
提出采用压延技术对焊接结构的型钢在长度方向上的变形进行连续矫正的方法。对该方法的原理以及利用该方法进行设备设计时的能力计算方法作了详细的分析和确认。提出的原理与能力计算方法经过了实践的考核。
This article introduced the application of calendering technology to straighten the deformation of welded section steel beam continuously, explained the principle of calenderring-correcting. Under this principle, the capacity calculation in machine designing is analyzed and confirmed. The principle and the method of capacity calculation are verified with productive practice.
