摘要
试图以构建创新联盟的途径 ,着重解决企业技术创新能力不足的难题。对技术创新的内涵与特点 ,创新联盟及其类型 ,创新联盟的主体及其作用等问题进行论述 ,并对企业与高校之间建立广泛的创新联盟作了重点研讨。
This article try to design innovation union, which will solve the difficult problem of the enterprise shortage of technological innovation capacity. Discourse upon the connotation and characteristic of the technological innovation, innovation union and its types, the main body of innovation union and its function, etc. And research mainly the problem of establishing the innovation union of enterprise and university abroad.
