摘要
利用低品位石灰石生产机场道路硅酸盐水泥熟料,试用了"高KH"和"中KH"两个方案。两种方案的实践都证明:熟料烧成温度范围较窄,工况变化较快,窑的适应性变差,操作难度加大;且由于Fe2O3大量增加,导致窑皮密度和厚度上升,烧成末端容易长厚窑皮。相较之下,高"KH"方案的工况比中"KH"方案相对稳定,容易操作。
Two trial proposals of 'high KH' and 'mediumKH' [KH, abbreviation in Russian words, similar to limesaturation fact (LSF) in English by the translator] are usedfor Portland cement clinker production with marginallimestone, which will be used in air port road construction.Thepractice of both proposals shows that their temperature range ofclinker pyroprocessing was narrow, operating conditionschanged quickly, and the availability of kiln become poorresulting in more difficult operation conditions, at the sametime, the density and thickness of kiln coating would beincreased due to the large quantity of Fe203 forming, which canresulting in the occurrence of thick kiln coating at the end ofpyroprocessing section. Compared with 'medium KH'proposal, the operating conditions in 'high KH' proposal arerelatively stable and easier to operate.
