摘要
目的观察高压氧联合常规药物治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法将112例患者按照治疗方案的不同分成常规对照组56例和高压氧治疗组56例。两组均采用常规药物治疗,高压氧治疗组结合高压氧治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果高压氧治疗组总有效率89.3%,常规对照组总有效率71.4%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论突发性耳聋患者进行高压氧联合药物综合治疗,可显著提高有效率。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen combined with conventional medication in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods According to different therapeutic schemes,112 cases of sudden deafness were divided into the conventional control group and the hyperbaric oxygen therapy group equally.Two groups were treated with conventional medication,but the hyperbaric oxygen therapy group was combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 89.3% in the hyperbaric oxygen therapy group,while 71.4% in the conventional control group,difference showing statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The hyperbaric oxygen combined medication can significantly improve the cure rate of sudden deafness.
