摘要
采用离子束动态混合注入技术 (DynamicIon beanMixedImplantation)在黄铜管表面制备了聚四氟乙烯超薄聚合物薄膜 ,实现了水蒸汽在常压下的滴状冷凝。对不同冷凝表面的传热特性进行了实验测定。
The Dynamic Ion beam Mixed Implantation technique(DIMI) has been adopted to prepare the ultra thin films on the copper tube surfaces.The dropwise condensation of steam is realized under enviroment pressure on these films.The heat transfer performance on these films was studied experimentally.It was found that the heat transfer coefficient of dropwise condensation and the adhesion property between film and base metal are greatly dependent on the surface processing conditions.
