摘要
目的 观察舍曲林联合中药治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法 80例抑郁症患者,按就诊顺序采用抽签法随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用舍曲林进行治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服中药进行治疗。两组均连续观察6周,于治疗前及治疗1周、2周、4周、6周末采用汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评定抗抑郁疗效,记录不良反应。结果 治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为82.5%、60.0%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.943,P〈0.05）。HAMD评分治疗组1周末起较治疗前有显著性下降（t=10.627,P〈0.01）,对照组治疗2周末有显著性下降。两组不良反应发生率差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.952,P〈0.05）。结论 养心健脾、安神解郁中药结合西药治疗抑郁症疗效优于单用舍曲林,起效更快,不良反应少。
Objective To observe the effect of sertraline combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of depression.Methods 80 patients with major depression by the order of lottery were randomly divided into two groups,each 40 cases.The control group were treated with sertraline.The treatment based on the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine.The two groups were observed for 6 weeks.was evaluated by Assessment of antidepressant efficacy.Adverse effects were recorded.Results The treatment group and the control group total effectiveness were respectively 82.5%,60.0%,two groups had statistical significance（χ2=4.943,P〈0.05）.Compared with before treatment the HAMD score of treatment group 1 weekend were significantly decreased（t=10.627,P〈0.01）,the control group after 2 weeks treatment decreased significantly.Two groups of adverse reaction rate had a significant difference（χ2=5.952,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yangxin spleen,soothe the nerves of Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of depression relieving effect is better than that of single use of sertraline,faster onset of action,with less adverse reactions.
