消化内镜下黏膜剥离术的护理配合 被引量：15

摘要 随着内镜诊疗技术的不断提高,越来越多的早期消化道黏膜和黏膜下良恶性病变被发现并在内镜下进行治疗。内镜黏膜下剥离术（endoscopic submucosal dissection,ESD）便是国内近几年逐渐开展的一项新的消化内镜治疗技术,其与内镜黏膜切除术（endoscopic mucosal resection,EMR）相比可一次性完整切除较大的平坦病变及黏膜下肿瘤,获得完整的病理结果,
