摘要
50 0kV江门变电站为广东省第 1个 5 0 0kV变电站 ,第一期为ABB公司总承包的交钥匙工程。站内配置了一套SVC静态无功补偿装置 ,江门站扩建时采用国产监控系统。为使站内监控系统与SVC共同实现全站电压 -无功控制 (VQC) ,阐述了本期VQC系统应遵循的原则和控制方式 ,以SVC控制系统为主的控制原理。根据控制方式及原理 ,提出一般性的控制操作原则、闭锁条件及微机控制系统信号要求。
Jiangmen Substation is the first 500 kV substation in Guangdong Province, Phase I of which is a turnkey project contracted by ABB. In the extension project,in order to coordinate the newly adopted China made supervisory control system and the original static var compensator(SVC), the author describes the fundamentals and control modes of VQC system as well as the control principles with SVC control system on the first place. General control operating principia, blocking conditions and demands on signals of microcomputer based control system are also put forward.
